  • How do I become a new patient?
    Fill out the inquiry form on our website. Once completed, you will receive an email with important information. You will also be directed to the appointment scheduling page.
  • What services do you offer?
    We offer weight loss and weight maintenance programs, FDA-approved medications, individualized care plans, and both phone and telehealth visits.
  • What is the cost for services?
    Our pricing is designed to be transparent and accessible to everyone. As of April 15, 2024, your initial consultation is $95 and follow-up visits are $85.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    While we don't currently accept insurance, we are committed to providing you with the best possible care and offer competitive self-pay rates. If you have medical insurance, we can bill the insurance for lab testing, if this is needed. Some medications are covered by insurance, however there are some that are not typically covered by insurance.
  • Will I receive a prescription my first visit?
    During your first visit, you will receive thorough evaluation of your health history, current health status, and lifestyle habits. Based on this assessment, we will develop a customized treatment plan that may include prescription medication, if deemed necessary.
  • Do you prescribe compounded medications?
    In our practice, we prescribe FDA-approved medications. If you believe that a compounded medication is necessary for your condition, we recommend consulting with a compounding pharmacy or a healthcare provider who specializes in such treatments. They can evaluate your specific needs and work with you to develop a personalized medication solution.
  • What results can I expect from the program?
    The results vary from person to person. On average, individuals using these medications, in conjunction with diet and exercise, can expect to lose a modest amount of weight, often ranging from 5% to 20% of their initial body weight. It's important to view weight loss medications as a tool to assist your weight loss journey rather than a guaranteed solution, and individual results may differ. Your healthcare provider will help you set realistic goals and track your progress.
  • Are there any in-person visit options?
    We primarily offer phone and telehealth visits. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

While we understand that there may be costs associated with using our services, we believe that the benefits of our program make it a worthwhile investment in your health and well-being.
